At Lollypop Creek Primary School, your child is at the centre of all that we do. With that being said, we would like to advise you of our school’s voluntary financial contributions for 2026.
In Term 4, School Council reviews and sets the Parent Contributions for the coming year. Council is always mindful of finding the right balance between minimising the financial impact to families whilst ensuring that our school continues to deliver holistic, robust and enriching educational programs for our students.
Parent Payment information is distributed to families during the first week of November each year.

FAMILY SUPPORT OPTIONS
Camps, Sports & Excursion Fund (CSEF)
The Victorian Government provides eligible students with Camps, Sports & Excursion funds (CSEF) so that a family’s financial circumstances are not a barrier to student participation. These funds are paid to the school to use towards excursions, incursions and camps for eligible students. To be eligible for the funding, a parent or legal guardian must be the holder of a current Healthcare card or Pension card or be a temporary foster parent on the first day of Term 1 or Term 2.
New Families
If you are eligible for CSEF you will be required to complete and submit a CSEF application form by the due date. Applications close on the 26th of June 2026, the last day of Term 2.
Existing Families
If you applied for CSEF last year, you do not need to complete an application form this year unless there has been a change in your family circumstances.
• You only need to complete an application form if any of the following changes have occurred: new student enrolments including Preps; your child has started or changed schools this year.
• Changed family circumstances; such as a change of custody, change of name, concession card number, or new siblings commencing this year (eg Prep).

If families choose, they are able to pay their Parent Payment Contributions in 4 easy instalments.
